So stunning! Easy to do and the colors covered well.
Tips on making this a success. I did this twice. I asked for a replacement as the first try was horrible: Paint with light shining from behind. The canvas absorbs the paint unevenly and too quickly. I had to paint each section at least twice. Yes. I ran out of paint. The light colours for small spaces is very thick. #36 was meant to cover a large surface but the paint was watered down. The brushes break. The did so with both attempts. I found better brushes at the local dollar store that didn't leave messy edges. Colour all the things lines first. Thick. This is a beautiful picture but the paint and canvas are inadequate. I hope my tips help someone :)
I am nearing the end of this painting. I won't be using Craftoria again for the following reasons: - paint for thin lines was extremely thick. - paint for large areas very thin requiring several coats. - lighter paint very thin and see-through. Needed about 4 coats. I found shining a light from behind helped, but several coats were needed for most colours. I love the painting itself. I just wish the paint was better quality. Many colours were only seldomly used. The dark colours that needed multiple applications are running out. Unfortunate because I chose this company because they are Canadian.
